The current spread of coronavirus is causing considerable concern in the construction industry.
Mr Cheung Kwok Kit of Deacons, our Honorary Legal Advisor, has published an article (Chinese and English versions attached) regarding the implications of the disruptions to construction work arising out of the coronavirus outbreak, and has highlighted the relevant applicable conditions and clauses under different contract forms.
